If I want to return a product what should I do?
Send us an email with your invoice number and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org we will be in touch to review the reason for the return and figure out a solution.
We have a best price guarantee policy and never want price the to be a reason for any unsatisfied customer.
If you find any of our products at another supplier at a lower delivered price than you can find on our site, send us an email to sales@EVTuning.com and we'll match the price.
Where do your products ship from?
Most of our products ship from within the USA so typical transit times are 1-5 business days depending on distance and time of day the order was placed. You will receive a tracking number once the item(s) have shipped. Sometimes they ship from multiple locations so they may not all arrive at the same time. You’ll get a tracking number for each package either way.
